CHAIRMAN

Tracy L.
Johnson.

Built from the ground up. A founder’s perspective on the work of ownership.

Tracy L. Johnson, Chairman of Gemini Capital Partners, centered in the supplied photograph.

The entrepreneur behind the family portfolio.

Tracy L. Johnson built his businesses from the ground up. A U.S. Army veteran with deep roots in Little Rock, he brings direct experience in nightlife and entertainment, athlete advisory services, and real estate mergers and acquisitions.

His work has combined the demands of ownership with the judgment required to recognize opportunity: developing relationships, understanding customers, evaluating transactions, and staying accountable for the day-to-day work of a business. TRŌIS and Club TABU form part of that operating foundation; TWIST represents a new chapter now taking shape.

As Chairman, he provides the entrepreneurial perspective at the center of Gemini’s vision. The next chapter builds on the businesses and relationships he created, with a focus on lasting ownership, thoughtful growth, and a durable family enterprise.
