Legal analysis. Commercial judgment. A long view of ownership.

A legal perspective on what comes next.

Zachary S. Johnson is a Harvard Law School graduate and attorney whose work brings legal analysis, commercial judgment, and a close connection to Little Rock to Gemini’s next chapter. His focus centers on acquisition evaluation, due diligence, contracts, risk assessment, and the legal structure supporting long-term ownership.

His legal experience includes antitrust litigation at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Dallas civil litigation involving construction, fraud, and financial services. He has also supported federal criminal defense and appellate work with Professor Ronald S. Sullivan Jr. This background informs a disciplined approach to complicated records, contested facts, contractual responsibilities, and consequential decisions.

Johnson earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2025, where he served as a Supervising Editor of the Harvard Journal on Legislation. He graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a B.A. in Communication and was a Fulbright Honors College Scholar and Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholar. His community experience includes service on Little Rock’s Community Housing Advisory Board.
