OPERATIONS LEAD

Kasey
Johnson.

A coach’s attention to preparation. An operator’s focus on execution.

Prepare the team. Do the work.

Kasey Johnson brings a background in athletic development, coaching, and competitive football to Gemini’s operating vision. His experience includes Glory Circuit training, a master’s degree in Sports Management, and an affiliation with Episcopal Collegiate School’s Athletic Department.

A former collegiate and indoor football player, Johnson competed at Southern Arkansas University and Lyon College. His indoor football background includes the Tucson Sugar Skulls and Arizona Rattlers, as well as participation in Jacksonville Sharks training camp. His training work in Little Rock includes work with Jackson Woodard, documented by D1 Training.

As Operations Lead, his focus is the work that turns plans into consistent execution: team preparation, staffing coordination, service standards, facilities routines, and accountability. He brings a coach’s attention to preparation and performance, together with a practical understanding of how people develop and work as a team.
